Mrs. Clark's 3rd grade class at FES has been studying chicken embryology. They set 24 eggs in the incubator in March and 21 days later - it's hatch day!  The students have been working on science lessons in their embryology journals during the incubation period.  They'll keep the chicks for a few weeks as classroom pets before sending them off to grow up on a local farm!
